Coach OS is a content operating system for fitness coaches. We collect the information needed to create, store, and improve each member's Blueprint, Content Plans, Vault, Monthly Refresh, Content Engine requests, account access, and support experience.

Information We Collect

We may collect your name, email address, account details, payment and subscription status, business details, coaching niche, audience information, offer details, brand voice, personal story inputs, content goals, monthly focus, content boundaries, generated content, support messages, and usage records.

How We Use Your Information

We use your information to provide Coach OS, create personalised content, manage account access, support billing and membership status, improve the product, protect the platform, respond to support requests, and meet legal or operational obligations.

AI Processing

Coach OS uses AI systems to create Content Plans, Content Engine outputs, and AI dictation transcripts. The information you provide may be sent securely to AI providers so the platform can create the output you request.

Payments

Payments are handled by our payment provider. Coach OS stores payment status and subscription references so we can manage access. We do not store full card details inside Coach OS.

How Long We Keep Data

We keep member data while an account is active and for a reasonable period afterwards for account recovery, support, legal, financial, and operational purposes. Members can contact us to request deletion of their data.

Your Rights

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to how your personal data is used. To make a request, email admin@contentcoachos.com.
